بحث معالي وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل ورئيس مؤتمر العمل العربي في دورته الـ51، الدكتور محمد سعيد الزعوري، مع مدير عام مركز العمل الإسلامي التابع لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي، السيد أزار بايراموف ، سبل تعزيز التعاون بين وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل ومركز العمل الإسلامي في عدد من المجالات الحيوية، أبرزها تبادل الخبرات والموارد لبناء قدرات كوادر الوزارة، وتطوير المنصة الإلكترونية الخاصة بها.
جاء ذلك على هامش أعمال مؤتمر العمل العربي بدورته الـ 51 المنعقد حاليا بالعاصمة المصرية “القاهرة”
حيث تم خلال اللقاء التطرق إلى أهمية حماية حقوق العمال، وضمان السلامة والصحة المهنية، من خلال دعم الوزارة بالأجهزة والمستلزمات اللازمة للفحص والتفتيش، إلى جانب دعم فرق التفتيش الميداني.
كما ناقش الجانبان آليات تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً ومجتمعياً، وتعزيز دورها في سوق العمل وصنع القرار، إضافة إلى دعم الشباب لتمكينهم من الاندماج في سوق العمل وفقاً لاحتياجاته، وتعزيز الرعاية والتنمية الاجتماعية.
وأكد الدكتور الزعوري خلال الاجتماع على أهمية الشراكة مع مركز العمل الإسلامي، باعتباره شريكاً محورياً في دعم جهود الرعاية والتنمية المجتمعية، من خلال توقيع اتفاقية تعاون مستقبلية ومذكرات تفاهم وفق بروتوكولات الاتفاقيات الدولية مابين المنظمات الدولية والبلدان العربية . والتاكيد على الشراكة مع منظمة العمل الإسلامي من خلال مركز العمل الإسلامي لما له من أهمية في الرعايه والتنمية المجتمعية .
Minister Al-Zouari Explores Cooperation with the Islamic Work Center to Enhance Social Protection and Empower Youth and Women

His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zouari, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and Chairman of the 51st Session of the Arab Labor Conference, met with Mr. Azar Bayramov, Director General of the Islamic Work Center affiliated with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, to explore ways of enhancing cooperation between the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and the Islamic Work Center in several vital areas. These include the exchange of expertise and resources to build the capacity of ministry staff and the development of its electronic platform.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 51st session of the Arab Labor Conference currently being held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the importance of protecting workers’ rights and ensuring occupational safety and health by supporting the ministry with necessary inspection equipment and supplies, in addition to strengthening field inspection teams.
The discussions also covered mechanisms for empowering women economically and socially, enhancing their role in the labor market and decision-making processes, and supporting youth to enable their integration into the labor market in accordance with its needs, while also promoting social care and development.
Dr. Al-Zouari emphasized the importance of partnership with the Islamic Work Center as a key ally in supporting social care and development efforts. He proposed the signing of a future cooperation agreement and memoranda of understanding in line with international agreement protocols between international organizations and Arab countries. He also reaffirmed the partnership with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation through the Islamic Work Center, given its significant role in social care and development.
