عقدت اللجنة الاستشارية للحماية الاجتماعية، اليوم، اجتماعها الثامن والعشرين في العاصمة عدن، تحت شعار: “الحماية حق للجميع”، وذلك برعاية معالي وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، رئيس اللجنة الدكتور محمد سعيد الزعوري.
وفي مستهل الاجتماع، نقل وكيل الوزارة لقطاع الرعاية الاجتماعية، الأستاذ صالح محمود أبوسهيل، تحيات معالي الوزير لأعضاء اللجنة، متمنيًا لهم دوام التوفيق والنجاح، ومشيدًا بحرصهم على المشاركة الفاعلة والدائمة في أعمال اللجنة، كما أعرب عن شكره لمنظمة اليونيسف على دعمها المتواصل.
وتضمن اللقاء تنفيذ ورشة عمل مصغّرة لأعضاء اللجنة، قدّم خلالها الخبير وليد الحمري شرحًا تفصيليًا حول آليات إعداد المشاريع، شمل التعريف بمفهوم المشروع، والفئات المستهدفة، والأهداف العامة والفرعية، إضافة إلى الإطار النمطي وخطط القياس القائمة على المؤشرات الكمية والنوعية ووسائل التحقق.
هذا وقد تم تكليف الاعضاء بإعداد نماذج المشاريع كل والوزارة التي يمثلها وفق الاستمارة الخاصة ..على ان ترفع خلال اسبوع .
وفي ختام اللقاء، عبّر المشاركون عن شكرهم وتقديرهم لما اكتسبوه من مفاهيم وأدوات عملية في مجال إعداد المشاريع، مؤكدين أهمية هذه الورش في تعزيز قدراتهم وتطوير أدائهم المؤسسي في خدمة قضايا الحماية الاجتماعية.
The Social Protection Advisory Committee Holds Its 28th Meeting in Aden

The Social Protection Advisory Committee held its 28th meeting today in the capital, Aden, under the theme: “Protection is a Right for All”, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zaouri.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy Minister for the Social Welfare Sector, Mr. Saleh Mahmoud Abu Suhail, conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the Minister to the committee members, wishing them continued success. He praised their consistent and active participation in the committee’s activities and expressed his appreciation to UNICEF for its ongoing support.
The meeting included a mini-workshop for committee members, during which expert Waleed Al-Hamri presented a detailed explanation on project planning mechanisms. This included defining the concept of a project, identifying target groups, setting general and specific objectives, as well as outlining the logical framework and measurement plans based on quantitative and qualitative indicators and verification tools.
Committee members were tasked with preparing project models specific to the ministries they represent, using the designated form, to be submitted within one week.
At the conclusion of the meeting, participants expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the practical knowledge and tools they gained in project preparation. They emphasized the importance of such workshops in enhancing their capacities and improving institutional performance in addressing social protection issue
