عُقد مساء اليوم في العاصمة عدن لقاء تشاوري موسع لمناقشة مخرجات الخطة الوطنية لأجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن، وذلك برعاية كريمة من معالي الدكتور محمد سعيد الزعوري، وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل ورئيس اللجنة الاستشارية للخطة الوطنية. نظم اللقاء “تكتل نون النسوي” بالشراكة مع مؤسسة “PASS – سلام لمجتمعات مستدامة”، وبدعم من منظمة “شباب بلا حدود” ومنظمة “سيفرورلد”.
وفي مستهل اللقاء، ألقت الأستاذة فائزة عبدالمجيد، القائم بأعمال وكيل وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل ورئيس الفريق الوطني للخطة، كلمة نقلت فيها تحيات معالي الوزير الزعوري للمشاركين، وتمنياته لهم بالتوفيق والنجاح. كما رحّبت بالشراكة الفاعلة بين “تكتل نون النسوي” ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والجهات الحكومية، مؤكدة أن اللقاء يهدف إلى الاطلاع على مستجدات تنفيذ الخطة الوطنية، والاستماع إلى المقترحات المتعلقة بفعاليات العامين المقبلين.
وأشارت الأستاذة فائزة إلى الجهود التي تبذلها الوزارة، بقيادة معالي الوزير الزعوري، في التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية والبحث عن داعمين لتحويل الخطة إلى برامج عمل وطنية قابلة للتنفيذ، بالشراكة مع الوزارات الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني. كما أشادت بالدعم الذي قدمته الحكومة النرويجية لتنفيذ الجيل الأول من الخطة، بالتعاون مع برنامج الامم المتحدة الانمائي معربة عن أملها في استمرار الدعم لتنفيذ الجيل الثاني للخطة.
وشهد اللقاء كلمات من المحامية عفراء حريري، منسقة “تكتل نون النسوي”، وشيماء محضار، مديرة مشروع “تكامل – سيفرورلد”، ومالك الضبوعي، منسق منظمة “يمن شباب”، واشتياق محمد سعد، عضو ونائب رئيس فريق مجموعة محافظه عدن. أكد المتحدثون على أهمية العمل المشترك لتنفيذ الجيل الثاني من الخطة وتقييم الأنشطة المنجزة خلال الجيل الأول.
ويهدف اللقاء، الذي يشارك فيه اعضاء الفريق الوطني وشركاء الخطة من منظمات المجتمع المدني وممثلو الجهات الحكومية ويستمر لمدة يومين، إلى تقييم الأنشطة والفعاليات التي نُفذت خلال العامين الماضيين ضمن الجيل الأول للخطة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم المقترحات والتوصيات لضمان تنفيذ الجيل الثاني بفعالية خلال العامين المقبلين.
Under the Patronage of Minister Al-Zauri: A Broad Consultative Meeting in Aden to Discuss the Outcomes of the National Plan for the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda

A broad consultative meeting was held this evening in the capital, Aden, to discuss the outcomes of the National Plan for the Women, Peace, and Security Agenda. The meeting was held under the esteemed patronage of H.E. Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zauri, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor and Chairman of the National Plan’s Advisory Committee. It was organized by the “Noon Women’s Coalition” in partnership with the “PASS – Peace for Sustainable Societies” Foundation and supported by the “Youth Without Borders” organization and “Saferworld.”
At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Faiza Abdulmajid, Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and Head of the National Plan Team, delivered a speech in which she conveyed Minister Al-Zauri’s greetings to the participants and his best wishes for their success. She welcomed the active partnership between the “Noon Women’s Coalition,” civil society organizations, and government agencies, emphasizing that the meeting aimed to review updates on the implementation of the National Plan and hear proposals regarding activities for the next two years.
Ms. Faiza highlighted the ministry’s efforts, under the leadership of Minister Al-Zauri, to coordinate with relevant entities and seek supporters to transform the plan into actionable national programs in collaboration with government ministries and civil society organizations. She also praised the support provided by the Norwegian government for implementing the first generation of the plan in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), expressing hope for continued support to implement the second generation of the plan.
The meeting featured speeches from lawyer Afrah Hariri, Coordinator of the “Noon Women’s Coalition”; Shaima Mahdar, Director of the “Takamul – Saferworld” project; Malik Al-Dhobai, Coordinator of the “Yemen Youth” organization; and Ishtiaq Mohammed Saad, a member and Vice President of the Aden Governorate Team. The speakers emphasized the importance of joint efforts to implement the second generation of the plan and evaluate the activities carried out during the first generation.
The meeting, which includes members of the national team, plan partners from civil society organizations, and representatives of government agencies, will continue for two days. Its objective is to assess the activities and events implemented over the past two years as part of the first generation of the plan and to present proposals and recommendations to ensure the effective implementation of the second generation over the next two years.
