اختُتمت في العاصمة عدن أعمال اللقاء التشاوري الموسع لمراجعة مخرجات الخطة الوطنية لأجندة المرأة والسلام والأمن، الذي نظّمه تكتل نون النسوي بالشراكة مع مؤسسة PASS – سلام المجتمعات المستدامة، وبدعم من منظمة شباب بلا حدود ومنظمة سيفرورلد، وبرعاية معالي الدكتور محمد سعيد الزعوري، وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل ورئيس اللجنة الاستشارية للخطة الوطنية.
وخلال اللقاء، الذي استمر يومين، تم استعراض مخرجات الجيل الأول من الخطة (2011-2024) من قبل الخبيرة المحلية عبير نعمان، ومحمود باحميش ممثلاً عن مؤسسة SOS، وشيهناز باموسى عن مؤسسة PASS. كما تم تقسيم المشاركين إلى ست مجموعات عمل لصياغة التوصيات النهائية، حيث أكدوا على أهمية البناء على المكتسبات السابقة وتوسيع نطاق العمل ليشمل جميع المحافظات المحررة.
وتضمنت توصيات اللقاء، تعزيز استدامة البرامج والأنشطة، وتمكين النساء، وتعزيز مشاركتهن في صنع القرار على المستويات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية. كما شددت على ضرورة تكثيف الشراكة بين جميع فئات المجتمع في العمل المدني، وتوحيد الجهود بين الوزارات والقطاعات الحكومية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني المعنية بقضايا المرأة.
يُعد هذا اللقاء خطوة مهمة نحو تعزيز دور المرأة في بناء السلام، وترسيخ قيم الشراكة والتعاون بين مختلف الجهات الفاعلة في المجتمع.
Consultation Meeting on the Outputs of the National Plan for the Women, Peace and Security Agenda Concludes in Aden

The expanded consultation meeting to review the outputs of the National Plan for the Women, Peace and Security Agenda, organised by the Noon Feminist Collective in partnership with PASS – Peace for Sustainable Societies, with the support of Youth Without Borders and Saferworld, concluded in the capital Aden, under the patronage of H.E. Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zouri, Minister of Social Affairs and Labour and Chairman of the National Plan Advisory Committee (NPAC).
During the two-day meeting, the outcomes of the first generation of the plan (2011-2024) were reviewed by local expert Abeer Noman, Mahmoud Bahmish representing SOS, and Shehnaz Bamoussi representing PASS. The participants were divided into six working groups to formulate the final recommendations, where they emphasised the importance of building on previous gains and expanding the scope of work to include all liberated governorates.
The recommendations included strengthening the sustainability of programmes and activities, empowering women, and enhancing their participation in decision-making at local, regional and international levels. They also stressed the need to intensify the partnership between all segments of society in civil work, and to unify efforts between ministries, government sectors and civil society organisations concerned with women’s issues.
This meeting is an important step towards enhancing the role of women in peacebuilding and consolidating the values of partnership and cooperation between various actors in society.
