أصدر محافظ العاصمة عدن، وزير الدولة احمد حامد لملس ، قراراً إدارياً قضى بتعيين الأستاذ أرسلان أحمد صالح السقاف مديراً عاماً لمكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل في العاصمة عدن.
ونصت مواد القرار الثانية والاخيرة ، على تكليف الجهات المعنية ذات العلاقة في المحافظة باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتنفيذه فوراً، مع العمل بأحكامه اعتباراً من تاريخ صدوره.
هذا وتم، صباح اليوم، تنفيذ عملية التسليم والتسلم الرسمية بين المدير السابق الدكتور محمد حمود أحمد والمدير الجديد أرسلان السقاف، بحضور لجنة الاستلام والتسليم المكلفة .
ويُعتبر أرسلان السقاف من القيادات الشابة في المحافظة، وسبق له أن تولى مسؤولية قيادة مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل في العاصمة عدن مؤقتاً بعد وفاة المدير السابق المغفور له بإذن الله تعالى ايوب ابوبكر ، حيث حظيت فترة توليه السابقة بتقدير لجهوده في قيادة المكتب .
Governor of Aden Issues Decision Appointing Arslan Al-Saqqaf as Director General of Social Affairs and Labor Office

The Governor of the capital Aden, Minister of State Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, issued an administrative decision appointing Mr. Arslan Ahmed Saleh Al-Saqqaf as Director General of the Social Affairs and Labor Office in the capital, Aden.
The second and final articles of the decision mandated all relevant authorities in the governorate to take the necessary measures for its immediate implementation, with its provisions taking effect from the date of issuance.
Furthermore, the official handover and takeover process was carried out this morning between the former Director, Dr. Mohammed Hamoud Ahmed, and the new Director, Arslan Al-Saqqaf, in the presence of the appointed handover committee.
Arslan Al-Saqqaf is considered one of the young leaders in the governorate. He had previously assumed responsibility for leading the Social Affairs and Labor Office in the capital, Aden, on a temporary basis following the passing of the former director, the late Ayoub Abubakar (may God have mercy on him). His previous tenure was recognized for his efforts in leading the office.
