تُعلن وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل، ومعها كافة منتسبيها وفروعها والصناديق والمراكز التابعة لها، عن دعمها الكامل وغير المحدود للبيان السياسي الصادر عن فخامة الرئيس عيدروس قاسم الزُبيدي، رئيس المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي، والصادر يومنا هذا الجمعة الموافق 2 يناير 2026م.
وتؤكد الوزارة التزامها بالعمل بكل جدية وإرادة صادقة لتنفيذ ما ورد في هذا البيان، والالتزام بنصوص وأحكام الإعلان الدستوري الصادر استجابةً لمناشدات ومطالب شعب الجنوب العربي بمختلف مكوّناته، وتقديرًا للتضحيات الجسيمة التي قدّمها خلال العقود الماضية في سبيل الوصول إلى هذه اللحظة التاريخية الفاصلة.
كما تشدد الوزارة على التزامها بأداء مهامها الوطنية والمؤسسية في إطار ما ورد في الإعلان الدستوري، وبما يعزز الاستقرار المؤسسي، ويحفظ الحقوق والحريات، ويخدم المصلحة العامة، ويواكب متطلبات المرحلة الراهنة.
وفي هذا السياق، توجّه وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل مناشدة صادقة إلى المجتمع الدولي، والأمم المتحدة، والدول الشقيقة والصديقة، لدعم هذه الخطوات السياسية والدستورية، ومساندة تطلعات شعب الجنوب العربي في بناء دولته على أسس من سيادة القانون، والحكم الرشيد، واحترام حقوق الإنسان.
وتؤكد الوزارة أن دولة الجنوب العربي، المنشودة بإرادة شعبها، ستكون عاملًا فاعلًا في تعزيز الاستقرار الإقليمي والدولي، وشريكًا موثوقًا في مكافحة التطرف والإرهاب، وداعمًا للسلام، والأمن، والتعاون الإقليمي والدولي، وبما يخدم المصالح المشتركة ويحفظ الأمن والسلم في المنطقة والعالم.
حفظ الله الجنوب العربي قيادةً وشعبًا،
وإننا على يقين بأننا حتما سننتصر بإذن الله.

A Statement of Endorsement Issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, along with all its employees, branches, affiliated funds, and centers, declares its full and unwavering support for the political statement issued today, Friday, January 2, 2026, by His Excellency President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council.
The Ministry affirms its commitment to work with all seriousness and sincere determination to implement the contents of this statement and to adhere to the texts and provisions of the Constitutional Declaration. This declaration was issued in response to the appeals and demands of the people of South Arabia from all its components, and in recognition of the immense sacrifices they have made over past decades to reach this pivotal historical moment.
The Ministry also emphasizes its commitment to performing its national and institutional duties within the framework of the Constitutional Declaration. This commitment aims to enhance institutional stability, safeguard rights and freedoms, serve the public interest, and keep pace with the requirements of the current phase.
In this context, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor makes a sincere appeal to the international community, the United Nations, and sisterly and friendly nations to support these political and constitutional steps, and to back the aspirations of the people of South Arabia in building their state on the foundations of the rule of law, good governance, and respect for human rights.
The Ministry affirms that the desired State of South Arabia, born from the will of its people, will be an active factor in promoting regional and international stability. It will be a reliable partner in combating extremism and terrorism, and a supporter of peace, security, and regional and international cooperation. This will serve common interests and preserve security and peace in the region and the world.
May God preserve South Arabia, its leadership and its people.
And we are certain that we will, God willing, ultimately prevail.
