بيان صادر عن وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بالعاصمة عدن بشأن ما اقدمت عليه المليشيات الحوثية الارهابية من مداهمات لومكاتب ووكالات الامم المتحدة بصنعاء.

تابعت وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بالعاصمة عدن ، الانتهاكات الغير مسؤولة التي اقدمت عليها المليشيات الحوثية الارهابية صباح يوم امس الأحد من مداهمات لمكاتب وكالات الامم المتحدة بصنعاء واعتقال عدد من موظفيها.
ان وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بالعاصمة عدن تدين وبشدة ما اقدمت عليه المليشيات الحوثية الارهابية وتعتبره خرقاً صارخاً للأعراف والمواثيق الدولية وتهديداً مباشراً للعمل الإنساني والإغاثي في اليمن، الأمر الذي يتطلب موقفاً حازماً من المجتمع الدولي والأمم المتحدة.
ان اقدام المليشيات الحوثية الارهابية على اعتقال 7 من موظفي منظمة الغذاء العالمي و3 منظمة اليونيسف واقتيادهم الى اماكن مجهولة ، يعرّض حياة العاملين في المنظمات الدولية للخطر ، ويؤكد بما لا يدع مجال للشك الاعمال الاجرامية التي تنتهكها هذه المليشيات والتي سبق وان اعتقلوا عشرون موظفا امميا لازالوا يقبعون في سجونها المظلمة.
ان وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل سبق وان دعت المنظمات الاممية الى نقل مقراتها الرئيسة الى العاصمة عدن والعمل منها تحت اشراف الحكومة الشرعية المعترف بها دوليا ..وإذ تكرر الوزارة الدعوة مرة اخرى الى اغلاق مكاتب الوكالات الاممية التي لازالت في صنعاء ونقلها الى العاصمة عدن وسيتم توفير كل الخدمات وتسهيل اعمالها لتقوم بكل واجباتها الاممية بكل سلاسة

Statement Issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the Capital Aden Regarding the Terrorist Houthi Militias’ Raids on UN Offices and Agencies in Sana’a
Text of the Statement:
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in the capital Aden has been closely following the irresponsible violations committed by the terrorist Houthi militias on Sunday morning, when they stormed the offices of United Nations agencies in Sana’a and arrested several of their employees.
The Ministry strongly condemns these actions by the terrorist Houthi militias, considering them a blatant breach of international norms and conventions, and a direct threat to humanitarian and relief work in Yemen. Such acts demand a firm stance from the international community and the United Nations.
The arrest of seven employees of the World Food Programme (WFP) and three employees of UNICEF, and their transfer to unknown locations, puts the lives of international organization staff at serious risk. This incident is further proof of the criminal practices of these militias, who had previously detained twenty UN employees who still remain in their dark prisons.
The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor has previously called on UN agencies to relocate their headquarters to the capital Aden and operate under the supervision of the internationally recognized legitimate government. Once again, the Ministry reiterates its call to close the offices of UN agencies still operating in Sana’a and transfer them to Aden, where all necessary services and facilities will be provided to enable them to carry out their humanitarian mandates smoothly and effectively.
