أشاد معالي وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل الدكتور محمد سعيد الزعوري بالنجاحات التنموية والخدمات المجتمعية المتميزة التي تقدمها تعاونية لبعوس الاستهلاكية بمحافظة لحج، مشيداً بدورها الريادي في مواجهة التحديات والصعوبات التي اعترضت مسيرتها خلال السنوات الماضية.
جاء ذلك خلال استقباله، صباح اليوم بمكتبه في العاصمة عدن، المدير التنفيذي للتعاونية قاسم صالح التميمي، حيث عبّر الوزير الزعوري عن فخره بصمود التعاونية وثباتها، رغم محاولات إقصاء العمل التعاوني في الجنوب، مؤكداً أن ما حققته تعاونية لبعوس يمثل نموذجاً يُحتذى به في الحفاظ على حقوق المساهمين وحماية الأصول الثابتة والمتحركة.
وأكد الوزير الزعوري خلال اللقاء أن الوزارة ستقدم الدعم والتسهيلات اللازمة لتعزيز نشاط التعاونية، وتمكينها من تنفيذ مشاريع تنموية وخدمية جديدة، بما يتوافق مع القوانين والتشريعات النافذة.
من جانبه، استعرض المدير التنفيذي للتعاونية قاسم التميمي أبرز المحطات التي مرت بها التعاونية منذ تأسيسها في يوليو 1972 على يد مؤسسها المناضل يوسف عبدالله سعد، مشيراً إلى الظروف الصعبة التي واجهتها، والنجاحات التي حققتها بفضل جهود إدارتها ومساهميها.
وفي لفتة تقديرية، قدّم التميمي درع التعاونية لمعالي الوزير الزعوري، تكريماً لمواقفه الداعمة للعمل التعاوني، وذلك بمناسبة الذكرى الـ53 لتأسيس التعاونية.
حضر اللقاء كل من محمد علي الصماتي مدير عام الجمعيات بالوزارة، ومجيب الميسري،عضو مجلس الإدارة وأمل مصلي، مستشارة مجلس الإدارة .
Minister Al-Zaury Praises the Experience of the Labaous Consumer Cooperative and Affirms the Ministry’s Support for Strengthening Cooperative Work

His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Zaury, Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, praised the developmental achievements and outstanding community services provided by the Labaous Consumer Cooperative in Lahj Governorate. He commended its pioneering role in overcoming the challenges and difficulties it has faced in recent years.
This came during his meeting this morning at his office in the capital, Aden, with the Executive Director of the Cooperative, Qasim Saleh Al-Tamimi. Minister Al-Zaury expressed his pride in the resilience and steadfastness of the cooperative, despite attempts to marginalize cooperative work in the South. He affirmed that the achievements of the Labaous Cooperative serve as a model to follow in preserving shareholders’ rights and safeguarding both fixed and movable assets.
The Minister further emphasized that the Ministry will provide the necessary support and facilitation to strengthen the cooperative’s activities and enable it to implement new developmental and service projects, in line with the applicable laws and regulations.
For his part, Executive Director Qasim Al-Tamimi reviewed the key milestones of the cooperative since its establishment in July 1972 by its founder, the late activist Yousef Abdullah Saad. He highlighted the difficult circumstances the cooperative had faced and the successes it achieved through the efforts of its leadership and shareholders.
As a token of appreciation, Al-Tamimi presented the Minister with the Cooperative’s Shield in honor of his supportive stance toward cooperative work, on the occasion of the 53rd anniversary of the cooperative’s founding.
The meeting was also attended by Mohammed Ali Al-Samati, Director General of Associations at the Ministry, Mujib Al-Maysari, a member of the Board of Directors, and Amal Musalli, Board Advisor.
